Here at Green Pear Homes ...

We're a team. A wife and husband raising our family right here in CT. We are committed to a vision of also raising up our community.

We have been on the other side, struggling with what to do when selling our home or having to move for other life events. At times, we felt limited, isolated, uninformed. We did not intend to stay that way.

We used our past experiences as motivation to get educated about real estate. "If we had known then, what we know now..." rings so loud and true for us.

We don't want that for you. As residents, parents, home and business owners in CT, we are a local and an invested resource for our neighbors who might be wondering, "What are my options?"

We want to meet you where you are and understand what matters to you during your time of transition. We'll provide you with knowledge and options to empower you to get where you want to go.
